How do I fund my wallet?
Transfer from any bank to the dedicated account number displayed in the app. The money lands in your Surepay wallet and is ready to spend.
What fees do you charge?
Most transactions carry no fee. Some bill payments have a small processing fee, and it is always shown before you confirm.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Every payment needs your transaction PIN, sign in can be locked with biometrics, and data travels over encrypted connections. We do not store your card details.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a service is not delivered because of a technical error on our side or a partner's side, the amount is reversed to your wallet.

How do I delete my account?
